All attendees are expected to adhere to specific standards during training sessions. Failure to meet these standards will result in dismissal from the training, equivalent to a failure. The following expectations apply to all attendees:
Active Participation: Attendees must not be AFK (Away From Keyboard) for more than 25% of the training session.
Behavior: Attendees are required to display maturity and respect at all times. While occasional joking is acceptable, being disruptive or causing a nuisance is not.
Compliance: Attendees must follow the directions and orders of the host and co-host(s) promptly.
Engagement: Attendees are expected to actively participate in all training exercises.
These expectations are applicable to all training sessions. Hosts may set additional reasonable expectations as necessary.
Hosts and co-hosts are also held to high standards when conducting training sessions. Failure to meet these expectations can result in disciplinary action, including possible demotion. The following guidelines apply to all hosts and co-hosts:
Scheduling: Hosts should always adhere to hammer time and avoid overlapping with other sessions. Communication with other hosts is essential.
Professionalism: Hosts and co-hosts must maintain a formal demeanor around attendees while engaging with them fairly and appropriately when necessary.
Fairness: All game modes and exercises must be fair and in accordance with the training handbook.
Training Limits: Command personnel may host up to three training sessions per person each day.
Attendees will learn how to act and respond to various tasks and scenarios through brief explanations and demonstrations. This method allows them to grasp the most critical aspects of handling such situations without enduring a full simulation. The scenarios covered include Test Escorting, Breaches, Riots, Raids, and other on-site tasks. The estimated duration for this training session is 45-50 minutes.
Objectives:
Teach Security members how to respond effectively during potential on-site scenarios.
Illustrate different aspects of being part of the Security Wing and the situations they may encounter while patrolling.
Roadmap:
Scenario Selection: The host will select three scenarios to cover. These can be as specific as the host deems necessary, but must include one of the following: Breaches, Riots, or Test Escorting.
Instruction and Demonstration: For each selected scenario, the host will explain the guidelines and conduct a brief demonstration highlighting the most important aspects. For example, during a riot scenario, the priority is regaining control of the site and preventing CDs from rioting.
Attendees will engage in a Team Deathmatch scenario, competing in evenly matched teams with balanced equipment and teammates to ensure fairness. All combat training sessions must include a section on trigger discipline to emphasize safety and control. The estimated duration for this training session is 45-50 minutes.
Objectives:
Improve the accuracy of Security members using a multitude of weapons
Improve Security members’ situational awareness and game sense
Encourage the use of teamwork and tactics
Improve effective communication
