The Universal Rights of Personnel are granted to all players and participants of Special Containment Facilities and its community. These rights embody the core principles of the facility and serve as a foundation for all decisions and policies within the Foundation.
Personnel have the right to a non-toxic environment and are obligated to uphold such.
Personnel must not be harassed, bullied, or targeted in any malicious or hurtful fashion, regardless of whether the victim is a member of the Foundation.
Personnel have the right to feel safe and comfortable within the community.
Personnel must not be preyed upon, abused, or made to feel threatened in any manner.
Personnel must not act in a predatory manner.
Personnel have the right to be safe from discrimination.
Personnel must not be mistreated or berated based on race, sexuality, gender identity, nationality, class, or religion.
Personnel have the right to report misconduct of an authority or superior.
Personnel must not have their concerns ignored or neglected and must have readily accessible resources to report problematic behavior.
Personnel must be able to report concerns without fear of repercussions.
Personnel have the right to their own opinion.
Personnel must not be discriminated against or outcasted in any manner due to an opinion.
Opinions that violate other rights, are disproven and slanderous, or are entirely unfounded with no evidence to support them, are not protected.
Personnel must be permitted to express constructive criticisms.
When experienced in the subject matter, personnel may criticize the performance, decisions, and/or methods of an individual, particularly within command, without repercussion.
