Foundation Administration represents the highest authority within the Foundation, holding absolute control over foundation affairs. Members of Foundation Administration are authorized to issue directives both on-site and within administrative operations.
The Administrator
This office holds the highest authority in the Foundation, above that of the Overseers and Site Director. The Administrator is responsible for the management and general oversight of the Overseers and their incumbent members.
The Overseer Council is the autocratic body of the Foundation's administrative apparatus, holding authority over all Foundation operations. It is actively involved in shaping and modifying the Foundation's administration and serves as the supreme prosecutorial authority of the organization. The Overseer Council consists of five seats, held by:
Overseer Chairperson
The Overseer Chairperson is responsible for leading and representing the Overseer Council. They hold executive authority to implement and enforce legislation unilaterally, subject to review by the collective Overseer Council. The Chairperson ensures that all Branch Overseers fulfill the duties and expectations of their roles and presides over most Council proceedings, including meetings and the ratification of resolutions.
Branch Overseer
Branch Overseers are the standard members of the Overseer Council. They are tasked with overseeing their assigned departments, drafting and deliberating on legislation, and collectively shaping the direction and governance of the Foundation's administrative structure.
Site Director
The Site Director serves as a coordinator and advisor for Executive Command, Foundation legislation, department policies, and joint department operations. Acting as a liaison between Foundation Administration and its departments, the Site Director bridges communication and operational alignment. The position is held indefinitely, with appointments made internally by the Overseer Council. The Overseer Council evaluates the performance and progress of each Site Director's term to determine eligibility for potential appointment to the Council. Details regarding the Site Director's term and responsibilities are outlined in the Site Director Program.
