(a) This provision establishes the regulations governing interactions with anomalies, both sentient and inanimate, applicable to both combatant and civil personnel.
(b) Responsibility for the management of specific anomaly interactions is assigned as follows:
Epslion-11 and the Bureau of Scientific Research.
General anomaly interaction regulations not pertaining to a specific anomaly shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Ethics Commission.
(c) Nu-7 is authorized, under their established regulations, to utilize anomalies in the execution of combative duties.
For the purposes of this section:
(a) "Aggravated" or "Provoked" shall refer to the state of a neutral anomaly wherein it exhibits or conducts hostile actions or intentions against personnel other than the instigating actor.
(b) "Containment" or "Contained" shall refer to the condition of an anomaly wherein it presents no risk to Foundation personnel or the site as a whole and remains within the parameters of its designated containment procedures.
(c) "Containment Teams" shall refer to the designated combat units authorized to perform recontainment operations.
(d) "Containment Procedures" shall refer to the actions undertaken by containment teams to recontain hostile anomalies.
